Frequently asked questions
How do I book a transport?
Online: enter pick-up, destination, date and who is travelling. You see the price in about 30 seconds, choose the vehicle and confirm. You receive a summary by SMS and email. You can also call our toll-free number 800 931 261 (from Italy).
How and when do I pay?
You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Satispay, Amazon Pay and Revolut Pay. When you book, the amount is only pre-authorised; the charge is made shortly before the trip. If the trip does not take place because of the partner, you pay nothing. Companies can also pay by bank transfer.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the trip. Between 24 and 6 hours before, 50% is retained; after that, the full amount. Changes are free up to 24 hours before; after that, they depend on the partner's availability.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 24–48 hours for the widest choice of vehicles and times. Same-day requests are possible depending on availability in your area.
