Who can become a partner?
Associations, cooperatives and companies providing non-emergency medical transport with suitable, authorised vehicles: ambulance, wheelchair-accessible van, medical car.
Which areas is the service active in?
Niino is active across most of Italy and keeps expanding. When you apply we tell you whether your area is already covered or being activated.
Do I have to accept requests?
No. You receive requests and accept only those that fit your shifts and vehicles. If you decline, we find an alternative for the user.
How and when do I get paid?
At the start of each month you receive a summary of the trips completed, and payment arrives by the 5th. Collecting from the user, invoicing and reporting are handled by Niino.
Are there activation costs or fees?
No: no joining fee, no subscription, no exclusivity. Each request already shows the net fee for the trip.
How long does it take to get started?
After you apply, our team checks requirements and authorisations. Once approved, your vehicles are enabled and you start receiving requests, usually within a few days.
